i needed to lose 1 lb

lost 2 1/2 lb and got my club 10 award and another shiney sticker for my book

10 stickers/awards and a total of 2 stone 4lb loss

my aim for christmas was a 2 stone loss, im now pushing for my 3

if i dont gain weight for 10 weeks i now get a free week
