Your B12 is still low. Did you follow the advice given to you in your previous thread a few months ago about supplementing?
Folate should be half way through range so yours is a tad low but not too much. If you are supplementing with B12 then you should also take a B Complex and that should contain folate which will boost your level.
Your Vit D is way too low, aim for 100+. You can supplement with D3. Also take K2-MK7. When taking Vit D it aids absorption of calcium and K2 will direct the calcium to bones and teeth rather than arteries and soft tissues.
@cristip if your tests were done on the NHS then get the GP to prescribe you vitamin D supplements. However as your vitamin B12 results are in range they will not prescribe anything so you will need to self treat.
