Hi pussycatwillow,

I use Troo Health Care Vitamin K2-7 Naturat Natto. 100mcg Capsules.

They contain 2mg of Vit C (from Ascorbyl Palmitate )

Hope this helps

I googled Vit K2 MK7 and liked what I read on Troo website.

So would that mean you would need to take less Vit C, which I now take.

I suppose it depends on how much Vit C you want to take. Check how much is in the one you are taking at present. Maybe you can just change to the 1 that I take .

I use Higher Nature's K2, which can be bought in quite a lot of health food shops or by phoning them on their Freephone number or online of course.

Just been talking to a friend who says she takes Wolferin for thinning her blood and that is K2.  So is it not dangerous - anybody please?

That is, er, rubbish

"Traditionally, patients taking warfarin have been advised to avoid vitamin K to prevent excess clotting. Surprisingly, scientists have now discovered that regular consumption of a modest amount of vitamin K actually helps stabilize the anticoagulant effects of warfarin. Vitamin K intake may thus help individuals using warfarin achieve the therapeutic benefits of the drug—without danger of clots or bleeding. Vitamin K is attracting attention for its benefits of protecting cardiovascular health and promoting strong bones, making its inclusion in a warfarin user’s daily program that much more important."

The article I copied that from is from 2007, so maybe they are including K in warfarin now?

I was only asking if it was dangerous. Everybody on here seems to know so much more than me. So any idea how much K2 I should take please? And how much Vit D which I'm already taking.
