My friend was recently diagnosed with Hypo. Here are her test results

FT3 is 2.6 pg/mL (2.3-4.2)

FT4 is 0.8 ng/dL (0.8-1.8)

TSH is 3.29 mIU/L (0.40-4.50)

TPo is 446 IU/mL (0.1-8.9)

TPa is 1 (0-1.0)

Her Iron, Ferritin, B12, and D3 are all fairly low as well.

I told her that she needs to get her B12, D3, Iron, and Ferritin up.

As you live in the US your friend has received a diagnosis. Sadly many people in the UK would still be told they are normal.

She has Hashimotos so may like to look into treating auto-immune issues - which can start with the gut and its healing.

What dose is she on ? She will need to have more tests after 6 weeks to see how things are going along.

If her B12 - Ferritin - Folate - VitD - B12 are all low she will need to improve levels in order to feel well and for the Thyroid treatment to work efficiently. They all need to be OPTIMAL.
