Currently I take 100mcg of Levothyroxine but Endo would like to increase it to 125g.
He also wants me to take T3 but I can't afford it as private subscription.
Could anyone help with these results and advise me whether I should purchase T3 or increase the T4. I am very concerned about weight gain and that is why he wanted me to try T3.

Saffiepurple, Your FT3 is reasonable and increasing dose to 125mcg will raise FT4 and FT3 and lower TSH. T3 isn't a weight loss aid any more than Levothyroxine is but if you want to try T3 it can be bought online without prescription and is very affordable, unlike Mercury Pharma UK T3.
VitD is optimal 75-200 and most are comfortable around 100. Supplement 5,000iu D3 for 8-12 weeks and then reduce to 5,000iu alternate days and retest in April.
B12 is optimal 1,000 and <500 can cause neurological symptoms. Supplement 1,000mcg methylcobalamin and take a B Complex vitamin to keep the other B vits balanced.
