Floradix flora vital iron

Hello i posted a day or so ago about recurrent mouth ulcers and it was suggested i take better iron than spatone ive found the floradix and floravital are these any good ? Can they be taken along side sublingual b12 jarrows 5000mcg and thorne b complex as the floravital/floradix has b vits too? Any ideas tia

Hi thanks for reply im vegetarian and haem/heme i doubt would be suitable and i wont take gelatine caps etc
