Got the dosage wrong and felt really ill last night. I currently take around about 115 micrograms of thyroxine. I have to chop up my 25 microgram tablet up. I seem to be very sensitive to minute changes in dose. Can anyone help me convert the dosage to Thyroid - S ?

You don't start NDT like that. You must start low & build up gradually. You cannot really compare them, the direct T3 will affect people very differently.
Start on half a grain in the morning & half in the afternoon. Then raise by another half after about 10 days or so. Look at the Stop the Thyroid Madness website for more info on dosing
