Hi Ive just had my results back any advice would be very much appreciated.

B12 584 ng/l range 191-663

Serum folate 9.3 range 4.6-18.7

Ferritin 15 range 13-150

Free T3 4.0 range 3.6-6.4

TSH 2.1 range 0.3-6.0

FreeT4 10.1 range 10.0-22.0

Previous TSH was 0.3 and T4 10.6

Im on 75 mg T4 and 20 mg T3.

Vandewalle0, TSH is a little high, FT4 is low, probably due to 20mcg T3, but FT3 is also low. I think you are undermedicated. Most people are comfortable with TSH just above or below 1.0 and with FT3 in, or towards the top third of range ie >5.4. Read Treatment Options in thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/about_...

B12 and folate look okay, but PA Society advise B12 1,000 is optimal. You could supplement 500-1,000mcg methylcobalamin and take a B Complex vitamin to keep the other B vits balanced.

Ferritin is very low, optimal is >100. Supplement iron and take each tablet with 500-1,000mcg vitamin C to aid absorption and minimise constipation. Take iron 4 hours away from T4+T3.

Clutter thanks very much for your help. Do most people on here self medicate with supplements to bring their values up or do they twist Gp arm to prescribe .Ive read so much invaluable information on here should I buy on amazon.It feels great to have people who understand how horrendous you can feel with this disease.Thanks again

Really fed up

Thanks for your invaluable advice .Should I supplement from Amazon ? As ive written to clutter im really grateful to be able to speak to understanding people on this site. THANKS XX
