So looking at recent posts ...you just stopped block and replace treatment
healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...
When were these thyroid results done?
After this or before?
You will need thyroid levels retested in 6-8 weeks to see if stable
Currently TSH is good
Ft4 perhaps a bit high
Ft3 low
Poor conversion of Ft4 to Ft3....but that’s not surprising as your vitamin levels are terrible
B12 very deficient and see from previous posts you are starting on LOADING B12 injections this week
Have you had full testing for Pernicious Anaemia?
Are you vegetarian or vegan?
Folate is very low too
Supplementing a good quality daily vitamin B complex, one with folate in not folic acid may be beneficial.

B vitamins best taken in the morning after breakfast
Igennus Super B complex are nice small tablets. Often only need one tablet per day, not two. Certainly only start with one tablet per day after breakfast. Retesting levels in 6-8 weeks
Or Thorne Basic B or jarrow B-right are other options that contain folate, but both are large capsules
If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 7 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results

Ferritin is low. Ask GP for full iron panel test for anaemia
No vitamin D test
Ask GP or test here via NHS postal kit
Thanks for sorting it out ....
that test was done a few weeks after I stopped my block n replace.
I’m a pig ... love a bacon sandwich. Eat plenty of meat never really liked veg or fruit ever !
Love fish n chips eat lots of steak too
Don’t exercise with my back turned lazy in my old age after being stopped from working.
Never done gluten free
I know it’s no the wonder I ended up with a blown thyroid. Lol
there’s a wide range of Gluten free bread...not cheap and can take awhile to find the one you prefer
Many make OK or good toast
A good sandwich is a harder task.
Waitrose or M&S “Thins” are good.
Gluten free beer is very good ...wide choice
Recommend you get vitamin D tested ASAP
Can you also add the TSI antibodies test result....in original post...it looked like it was high ...this would confirm definitely Graves Disease
