Hi there. I had my dose of levo increased a couple of months ago to 100mcg and now have my new test results back.
Serum tsh 0.02 0.3-4.2
Free t4 23.3 12-22
Free t3 6.7 4-6.8
I've got the results from patient online and although my tsh and t4 have red * against them as they are out of range I've not heard from my doctor. Should I be worried?

No, you needn't be worried. Your FT4 is just over. Did you allow a gap of 24 hours between your last dose of hormones and the test? But the most important question is 'how are you feeling?
Yes I listened to the advice on here and didn't take my dose or eat or drink. I can't say I'm feeling any better really though my nails seem a little stronger and my hair may not be shedding as much. I'm still tired and got aches and pains with all the other niggly things that I've got. Still not losing weight either so really I haven't seen any great improvement. Will it take time?
It has taken years for us to reach the level for being diagnosed, so it takes sometime to build up to an optimum dose. It is slow unfortunately. As long as doctor increases to optimum as many believe that when we reach 'somewhere' in the range that's sufficient. Rarely is FT4 and FT3 taken. We need a TSH below 1 or lower, some need it to be suppressed.
It is a big learning curve but worth it as the aim is good health.
I'm sure you're right so I'll keep taking the tablets and see. Had a phone call from the surgery today and appointment booked for Wednesday so I will see what she has to say
Make sure you have B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate checked too and always have your blood drawn at the very earliest, fasting (you can drink water) and allow a gap of 24 hours between your last dose and the test and take afterwards.
