Calcium and vitamin d

Hello so I've started my liquid iron today and will start my b12 lozenges and b complex with lunch but I've just been reading I need too take calcium and vit d alongside the b complex for them too be absorbed is this true do I need too add something else? I don't eat dairy currently as it makes me bloated and in pain. Any advice please

You shouldn't be taking calcium unless you know you are deficient, high calcium level is not advisable.

Nettiboo, iron, B12 and B Complex don't need calcium and vitD to work. You shouldn't supplement calcium unless you have tested deficient. Ideally you will have a vitD test before supplementing to see how much you need, but it is usually safe to supplement a maintenance dose of 2,500iu Oct-Apr when ultraviolet levels are too low to stimulate vitD.

Hi Calcium must never go over range, test. You only need to take it with vit D if calcium below range.
