Check clutters link home blood tests are in with blue horizons and they also do testing at the spire hospitals etc so I knew they was legit. Iv done a few home tests and everything's gone perfect and their the best prices I could find. Also you can pay with PayPal if your worried about card details etc

If you are on T4 only (e.g. Levo) then early in the morning (before lunch is OK) but don't take your meds until after your test.
If you are on NDT I do not know because T3 has a half life of about 8 hours (as far as I can tell). If you test early before meds on NDT your T3 will be at it's lowest point. Actually I am just about to get my doctor's answer on this question (ie. the NDT case) and I will post her answer.
As far as I know it's OK to eat, the test doesn't have to be on an empty stomach but it should be before you take your meds.
Just FYI T4 has a half life of 7 days, so T4 is easy to measure - just don't take a pill before the test.
