Am on 100 mcg Levo. GP wanted to increase level to 125 but have had severe anxiety so have refused until I see specialist who has mentioned trying T3/T4 combo? On anti depressants for the anxiety which has helped. Also bad shakes in left hand.
Am I right in thinking TSH level best between 1-2? Would increasing my Levo reduce TSH ???
Any advice before I see specialist gratefully received.
Thank you

Marmie, you are undermedicated which may be increasing your anxiety and shakes. Try 125mcg which will reduce your TSH and improve your T4 which is low in range.
D3 is inadequate. Optimally replete is 75-200. Supplement 5,000iu D3 softgel capsules, spray or drops for 6 weeks then reduce to 5,000iu alternate days.
B12 is adequate but 1,000 is optimal. Supplement 1,000mcg methylcobalamin sublingual lozenges, spray or patches and take a B Complex vitamin to improve folate and keep the other B vits balanced.
Ferritin is good and sodium and glucose are within range.
Liver can be elevated when thyroid hormones are low and TSH high.
I would recommend a 24hr adrenal saliva test. The anxiety and shaking could well be due to adrenal insufficiency. You can read about it and how to get tested at: stopthethyroidmadness.co.uk
Poor adrenal function often accompanies poor thyroid function.
