Just a quickie, I know that with things like b12 and folate etc, they can show as good - high on a serum blood test but your body for whichever reason is unable to use it. Can this be the same for vit d.
My b12 is 695
Folate 21
Vitamin d 72.5
Is what you see what you get with vit D?

Wally10, it's estimated that only 20% of serum B12 is available for use which is why levels >500 are recommended and why PAS recommend 1,000 is optimal.
I'm not aware the same is true for folate and vitD.
Your folate and vitD look good and you can boost your vitD naturally into the optimal 75-200 by getting some sun on your skin.
