Hi there, I'd be very grateful for any comments and my latest blood test results. My serum free T4 levels or 17.3, finely apparently in normal range for the first time in a yearsince being diagnosed with Hashimoto's. But my Serum TSH level is 0.09, which I think is still much to low. What does this indicate?. Many thanks, Suzanne

How do you feel?
TSH is not a very useful test as the levels vary by around 75% over the course of a day and also according to the time of year. And some people's TSH drops rapidly when they take any medication even if they are still hypo.
What you need is a free T3 test. If T4 is in the top quarter of the range and T3 is lower than the top quarter, you aren't converting. If both are in the top quarter, it's a good result.
Thanks to both of you for your replies. Now to get my doctor to agree to test my Free T3.
