Further to Growth Hormone...

Just found this :

•Tribulus terrestris: known for a long time, this plant stimulates both growth hormone and testosterone, with more dopamine.

•Griffonia simplicifolia: its roots are rich in the precursor of serotonin, which efficiently stimulates growth hormone, and brings calm and better sleep.

•Coleus forskohlii: it stimulates rapidly, in less than 20 minutes, and is also an ancestral plant.

Hope that helps someone. :)

It certainly isn't just a man thing! lol We all need Growth Hormone at all ages. It's very important and hypos usually have low GH. I believe it does improve sleep - it improves most things!

I did try tribulus a while ago and had really bad adrenal crash symptoms - nearly as bad as from the Insulin stress test. Just a warning (and that was from one cup of tribulus tea).

Well, that doesn't sound very good, does it! I must confess, I haven't tried any of them. What did you try the tribulus for, Angel?

Increase testosterone and therefore libido. Although I now know that my testosterone is fine, and adding more turns me into a raving maniac, so it's probably a good thing it didn't agree with me.
