Growth hormone

Has anyone taken growth hormone? I'm starting Genotropin 4 weeks prior to my stim cycle in the hope of increasing euploidy rate. Any success stories?!

Has anyone here ever used serovital instead of Human Growth Hormone? And what was your experience?

So now trying the growth hormone , I would like to hear some feedback for the ones who has tried . Thanks in advance ♥️

I am a 40 year old male with grade 4 osteoporosis (after a childhood pituitary defect i was given synthetic growth hormone to supplement puberty, which caused rapid bone growth at the then-unknown cost of making them like Nestle Aero).

I had our first consultation end of November aiming to start in December, I was given growth hormone injection and dhea supplements as pre medications to use a month prior to cycle which I started with my period.

New doc (now in Greece, not Spain) uses human growth hormone for women my age. This will be for priming, and then I'll start Meriofert on day 2 of my period. (Then fly out to Athens for the EC.)

I have had 6 cycles, short, long, luteal and tried growth hormone with no luck. I have low amh for my age so I’ve always been on maximum dose so not sure I’ll response well to a low dose stimulation cycle.

Hello good people, The only available human growth hormone in my country is Genotropin by Pfizer. Has anyone ever used it as a HGH to improve egg quality in IVF?

- starting stims earlier in luteal phase - this gave us our highest haul at 17 eggs in June (12 mature), and then also just now our lowest at 9 (3 mature) - growth hormone every other day during stims - this time I had follicles not react and some over-react. No Goldilocks sweet spot.

The first of these to go is growth hormone. If you don't have enough growth hormone you can have problems with your heart, bones and liver, you suffer fatigue, may suffer loss of muscle, may gain weight. All these are terrible, but the worst problems are with your mind.

I desperately need it as I have central hypothyroidism but can't take it Also I need hrt but also can't tolerate estrogen I take growth hormone with no issues It's just a vicious circle and I'm sick of it, what can I do I already take maximum ketotifen. Mast cells are a nightmare 😫

Actually I'm just 4'11 and I'm very conscious about my outer look and i know that once growth hormone stopped their is no way to restart it but I feel like I still have some potential to grow further, so if anyone know more about this or can suggest me something so it'll be really helpful cause I can't

I started my 6th cycle last week but this time only two follicles have grown (this is first cycle at new clinic where I had ‘priming’ with oestrogen and growth hormone before stimulation and I’m on much lower dose stimulation) I was told at my scan today we should consider IUI instead of IVF given there

It affects Growth Hormone First (I have an increase of 3 foot sizes as an adult). It then affects Gonadotrophins. (NHS Endo tests done considered fine) Then it affects Thyroid. Then it affects the Adrenals. I am nearly 67, so post menopausal.

Questions- poor egg quality, growth hormone, day 3 transfer, and PGT testing. Sorry for the long post but hoping for some advice/encouragement.

Has anyone had success with this? I took it for 10 days during my last stim cycle and ended up with 15 eggs retrieved (highest number yet) but no blasts. I'm about to start another cycle and the doc has prescribed saizen again, says its optional but helps with egg quality. Im not convinced as my previous

New REI is recommending a completely new protocol with: estrogen priming, microdose leupron, growth hormone, high dose menopur and gonal F, ICSI, PGT testing, only frozen transfers. She thinks I have poor egg quality.
