Welcome to the forum, Xmastree2014.

Is T4 68 Total T4? Do you have the lab ref ranges (the figures in brackets after your results) to help members interpret your results and are you on Levothyroxine?

Your thyroglobulin antibodies are positive for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's).

I'm not on any meds as docs say nothing wrong with me, symptoms memory loss, fatigue, breathless walking up stairs, dry skin, palpitations, loads more I can't remember

Xmastree, Ask your GP receptionist or practice manager for a printout of your results with the lab ref ranges. Your Free thyroxine and Free T3 results look low to me but I would need to see the lab ref ranges to advise further.

OK I will ask,, would antibodies affect the t3 and make it low

The antibodies attack the thyroid gland (putting it briefly) and destroy it, so yes, that would make the T3 low - and the T4.

The thing about an autoimmune disease is that it won't just go away by itself, it just gets worse, and you are going to get more and more hypo. By starting treatment now, you can limit the damage. But doctors are too badly educated to know that.

Hugs, Grey
