I should also mention I have slightly high Iga of 3.69 but negative Rhematoid Factor and Anti-Nuclear Ab. Screen (Tested for antibodies:- Ro, La, Sm, RNP, Jo-1, Scl-70, dsDNA, histones, PmScl-100, centromere, nucleosomes). White blood Platelet count is somewhat low and Urea high.

Your creatinine is rising and your GFR is falling, so I think there is something going on in the kidney department, you need to get this checked.
