The levothyroxine (T4) and liothyronine (T3) are from desiccated thyroid. They don't add synthetic T4 and T3.
They simply have to add other substances to make tablets that are stable, safe, disperse properly, etc. You can't just take powdered thyroid and expect to make viable tablets.
The Westhroid Pure product that is also made by RLC has clearly been designed to address as many of these concerns over formulation as possible. It is more expensive and relatively few people seem yet to have tried it.

Ingredients on labels always sound terrifying these days. Even if the product is 'natural' (whatever that even means now!) the ingredients are long chemical names. It's a shame they can't put (eg) 'lemon juice' and then whatever's in it in scientist speak. But that's a campaign for another day. Sigh.
You've chosen a reputable brand that's conforming to modern labelling laws. I wouldn't worry. And good advice about the Pure version if you are still concerned and can afford.
Thank you - just would have liked piggy mentioned lol but feel better about them now xx
Yes they are natural not synthetic.
