Help with my Blood results pls... :(

I have been suffering with hypo like symptoms for some time now..

irregular periods none in past 2 months - definatly not pregnant

low heart rate - 50bpm resting

Irratable bowl syndrome symptoms

cold hands and feet etc.

emotional etc etc

I have had my bloods done as below:

Serum TSH Level 2.23 mU/L (0.05 - 6.00)

serum free T4 Level 8.7 pmol/L (8.0 - 18.00)

The gp said thyroid is fine... I certainly do not feel fine can you help me with my results above and if it is worth me going to see a private endo to get another opinion what other tests I can get etc..

Was also tested for white blood cell count etc which came back as the following

Neutrophil count 1.1 x10*9/L (2.0 - 7.5)

was tested 5 months ago and it has gone even lower... they rested and said it has gone up slightly so will retest again in a months time.... I would just like to know what is wrong... so frustrating

Maybe ask for prolactin to be checked. When thyroid goes low, prolactin can go up and sex hormones go down and no period.

GP's don't appear to know very much about the clinical symptoms of hypothyroidism as they are completely ignored in favour of the TSH result which is from the Pituatary Gland not the thyroid gland.

With a heart rate of only 50bpm it is so, so slow. That should have been investigated but it is a clinical symptom of hypo.
