Advice on test results please

Active B12 - 76 pmo1/L range 25.1-165.0

Vit D - 58 nmo1/L range 50-200

TSH - 2.10 mIu/L range 0.27-4.2

Free T3 - 3.5 pmo1/L range 3.1-6.8

I'm thinking my B12 and D are still too low and my T3. Can anyone advise? Also how much D and B12 can I safely take a day to get my numbers up?

Thanks

You should supplement with Vitamin B12 methylcobalamin (Its important it's methyl). You can buy sublingual which means it goes into your bloodstream. Excess is excreted in urine. Vitamin D should be D3 and not D2.

Both these can be bought, if you wish, through Amazon and the link is on the right-hand column.

It should be on the bottle. If not its probably Vit D2:-

I buy the little DLUX sprays you get in Holland & Barrett, tells you on the side that they are D3, I get my Jarrow's Methylcobalamin from Amazon - it comes from the US but doesn't take long.
