Have you made a typo with the ferritin or the range? Ferritin is showing considerably below range.
If vitD follows usual UK ranges it is replete >75, and not in danger of toxicity >250.
I don't think there is any problem with B12 being over range but I don't know if the same can be said of folate and your folate is so elevated I'd get advice from your GP as B12 and folate are co-dependant.
It was my dietician. she said the same and said I was wasting my money. The reason I went onto B Vits was because I had had a bad rash on my face for years and was prescribed steroid cream which didn't work as well as other stuff. In the end I looked it up on Web and saw that a deficiency in B6 and I think Niacin was the reason. I took the B complex with it too so they would all work together. The rash went completely and has not returned so I thought I would just keep to the B complex as a precaution of it ever returning.
However I think I will leave off all the Bvits unless I think I need them in the future.
