I am in Italy so ranges are a bit different
TSH 98.79 Range (0.2-3.6)
FT3 1.83 Range (2.2-4.2)
FT4 0.27 Range (0.7-1.8)
Parathyroid hormone 87.8 Range (6.5-36.8)
I am waiting for an op as I have nodules and they are going to remove the parathyroid but my BP is not controlled well even with 3 different drugs per day. What should I be asking my endo for at my next appointment. I feel so awful.
I would be asking him to chase up the operation date. Are you on any thryoid medication as if you are not this in itself could be causing your blood pressure problems. Have you found the parathyroid forum yet - I found it so useful when I was having troubles (although nothing compared to your levels)
They really are very knowledgable on all things parathryoid, from what to expect from your op to what questions and tests you should be asking for. Give them a go regarding your parathyroid issues and see what they suggest.
I really hope you get your op soon and hopefully things will then start calming down.

Sorry just re-read your question and your heading says you are on 225mcg's of levo, maybe you should be asking your endo to try you on a T3/T4 combination until your op to see if this helps at all.

You might try an increase of your levo but maybe you have adrenal issues. T4 or levo converts to T3 in the liver and that may be the source of your problem but they are reluctant to test your Free T3 levels. There are so many issues involved but they don't pursue them.
My t3 levels are very low 1.83 range(2.2-4.2). I have never been on such a high dose with such bad levels
are you on other medication which may effect the absorption of thyroxine?
I don't know I am on 9 different tabs a day ( Vit D3 and 2 different blood pressure tabs and 2 water tabs plus 2 cholesterol lowering meds and 1 triglycerides lowering meds and of course my thyroxine 225 mcg). My Vitamin D is still low but my calcium and potassium are high and my aldesterone and cortisol are constantly in flux.
I don't think your levels are going to make any sense until after your parathyroid op - if I were you I would be asking the endo should you actually be taking VitD with high calcium levels as the more VitD you take the more calcium your body will make which means you could end up with kidney stones on top of everything else.
Glad you thought the parathyroid site was worth a visit - you might want to run your above results past someone on there as well.

The problem appears to be that my VIT D levels is 10. I am not taking any calcium just VIT D drops
