I have both and take Questran 2-3 times a day. Buscopan for the cramps when required.
Is the Questran for the bam does it work
After the usual scans I was diagnosed with BAM . I am also celiac with IBSC which is unusual as BAM causes diarrhoea? So I cannot take the usual meds for BAM. They can't give me any explanation for this so I now feel cast aside cos they don't like to admit they don't know what to suggest for me.

hi all can I jump in on this post? I have a post I wrote a month ago and replied to it with an update yesterday. I’m thinking I have BAM as I’m just in bits this last month. The only thing I’m questioning is - I’ve no pain and NO urgency (it just falls out of me like mush - please excuse my description). But it’s leaving me terrified. Absolutely terrified and doc is just not taking it seriously. Had bloods and stool sample and I’m still waiting for sample results to come back. I’m almost afraid to follow it up. Anyone any advice? I do hope you don’t mind me jumping in like this. 🙏
