Left Side Stitch

Hi Everyone! I'm a 48 year old female that had a partial hysterectomy 5 years ago. Recently back in 12/22 I started having a dull pain almost like a side stitch without exercise on my left side. It seems to come on around BMs but on occasion it can come on at different times as well. It can radiate from mid front flank to my left rib, around my back ( which when it moves to my rib it hurts more) and sometimes down my groin. It went away for over a month and has since returned now the past 6 weeks or so. I do struggle with constipation, I've had a complete ultrasound ( normal) did the Cologuard cancer test box (negative) and gasto seems to think it's muscular but all they seem to want to do for testing if any is a colonoscopy no CT. I'm so worried and the anxiety is at an all time high sometimes. Has anyone delt with anything like this? Any info or help is greatly appreciated 🙏

Hi. Hope you are getting along OK.

I had a colonoscopy over 13 years ago and currently waiting for another. All I can say is follow the diet instructions and the pre op preparation and you should be fine. Everyone gets anxious it's natural. Try not to worry these guys perform the procedure all the time. Take deep breaths and relax best u can . Xx
