Stitch in left side under ribs when need toilet.

Hey

Im hoping one of my fellow sufferers can answer this..

It a new one for me, when i need a poop i always used to get pain in lower left colon but now ive started to get a stictch in left higher side under ribs like stitch..

Why

Sorry but that hasn't happened to me but I know we are all affected very differently.

I get it but mines more like a trapped wind pain& it doesn't go till I've passed a motion.it's horrid.x

Oh yeh that it, it like a stitch when i need to go then it hurts whilst im goin and after then it wears

I get it there after eating.

I get it under my breastbone sometimes moving towards centre. Had an ulcer a few years ago & dr says it’s cos of that but it s always at its worst when I have an IBS flare up. I take lanzoprazole everyday for it

It strange mine only hurts when i need to poop and a while after as soon as i been it stops?

I take a windeze & it releases the pain.x
