Ibs and scan

Me again ranting lol so 3 days now iv been pooing out peppbles shit I'm getting slightly worried iv been having fibre this has got to be something serious also had anybody ever had full stomach scan will this tell any problems I also can't eat 6 hours before

I've had full stomach scan and mri. It didn't show anything and jm still suffering.
