I been reading a lot of feeds on here and there is a lot of support.
I have been reading symptoms every is experiencing and I don’t know why am getting a certain symptom which am struggling with. My normal symptoms are, bloating, trapped wind, feeling sick unsure if constipated or diarrhoea as been taking laxatives every night to make sure I go in the morning with a BM of type 6/7, I do only go once daily if took laxatives. Which leads me on to my next symptom which am sure is not normal, I have a constant feeling to have a poo or pass wind and nothing. The area is so painful and uncomfortable feels like size of a golf ball stuck up there. In the morning when/if I go to the toilet it feels better for like half hour, then as the day goes on it’s like my stomach is filling up and my cork (what I call it) becomes bigger.
I saw the Gp yesterday I told her about it, she did an internal examination (about 2 second’s) and said nothing felt in there. I know she been a doctors for many years and knows her job but some thing is not right.
Does anyone else ever have this feeling ?

Our bowels are very intricate, well mine are anyway. I have had numerous stategies I have used over the years to get through the day. But recently I have notice that after going to the loo (No Twos) air builds up graduallly (or sometimes not so gradually) in my bowel. This makes me feel like I need to go again, so I leave it and try to pretend it's not there, and then when I do go to the loo for a wee, which might be quite a while later, when I have finished going wee (carefully), I find the lump seems to have disappeared. You can't hurry the process though, well I can't! I don't know if that information may help you at all! Also I find having a small drink of water can help.
My doctor has examined me also and I can feel something there and she says she can't. It could be perhaps that the bowel goes into spasm maybe!
I get exactly the same,am fine for about half an hour after having a poo then keep feeling like I need to go again.More often than not I don’t but it is an awful feeling.I think Maureen explains it very well and feel sure we are not the only ones with this.Hope you manage to enjoy xmas with your children.
