I am new to posting but have been reading for 6 months or so, but just had to share this-

Symprove live and active bacteria has been amazing.

Started a 12 week course a couple of weeks before Christmas; yes it’s expensive but what a great result. Have gone through all of Christmas eating and drinking well and even the stuffing didn’t give me the bloating, wind and diarrhoea that it normally would.

Had a little flair up a couple of days ago but put that down to accidentally having some dairy, so definitely keeping lactose free.

Otherwise stools are hard and regular, no rushing to the loo feeling at all.

Will be interesting to see if this remains the same throughout and what the end result is, but it just feels so wonderful to be pain and accident free!

I'm glad it worked for you. It made me feel worse and I gave it my longest shot at it. Far longer than I persevered with any other probiotic. But it does work for some people, I gave the bottles I had left to a friend of a friend! It worked for her. But I have done a gut biome tests since and it turns out it's in a pretty good state anyway.

Hi. I tried symprove and it worked ish! but as soon as I stopped it things went back to normal. Lots of visits to the loo !!. Enterosgel seems to work better for me. Firms you up a bit. I have been dairy free for a while now which helps. Also wheat seems a bit of a problem so it has to go !!

That's wonderful, you must be over the moon! It's so great to hear about people beating this thing. Do let us know how things progress and whether you find you need to go on taking it to stay healthy or find you can stop after a while without any trouble. I tried Symprove and it didn't really help me - made things worse if anything but not dramatically - but I was in the Symprove customer group on Facebook, and it seemed to have a pretty decent rate of success from what people said in there.

Thank you so much for your positive response. It is amazing to actually feel confident once again and that something is working. Will be interesting to see if this is long term or just an initial improvement
