Making an inquiry to all patients with crohn from Kent UK

Good morning all. I have crohn for two years now and recently my surgeon decided to have a surgery to remove around 60cm from terminal ileum. I’ve been treated at Darenth hospital in Dartford by doctor Zagony and now when I am facing the surgery I realise that the interest of doctors to avoid an surgery as much as possible doesn’t exist. In this two years they prescribed me only salofalk budenofalk and Prednisone. I’ve read that there are couples of new meds that working well but none of them have been prescribed. Looking forward to speak with someone who have been treated in this hospital . Thank you for reading
