Hi all I have had internal piles for over 3 weeks now and was wondering what are people's tip for living with it. The itching is the worse and sitting at work. Creams I've tried are anusol and scheriproct from doctors but that seem to itch more. Im trying sudocream at moment. Also trying to increase fibre and drink more water.

This is what I've done that helps: (not prescribing, just sharing! :) ) Take 4 Slippery Elm with 1 Marshmallow root herbal capsules at least twice a day... Good luck...maybe keep a food chart???

I struggled for weeks and was given so many different creams. Then I saw a different doctor and he gave me stool softener powders to make my stool very loose. It worked almost overnight. No bleeding/pain or itching. I also had a fissure and it's immensely helped that too. It changed my life
