Folfox after Taxotere and Jevtana failed
Moved on to Xtandi + Decapeptyl followed by
Zytiga
+ Decapeptyl. June 2020, still on Decapeptyl and Taxotere, 6 infusions. Break for a 3 months then second line chemo Jevtana. Stopped after 4 sessions of Jevtana. Oncologist says he is resistant to both Taxotere and Jevtana.

Two questions
Also, according to recent studies I’ve read, combining
Zytiga
with apalutimide seems to prolong life, at least in those no longer androgen sensitive. Wondering about giving those drugs together with Lupron while still androgen sensitive.

What to expect after Xtandi?
Zytiga
? Radiation? Additional chemo? Some new treatment I'm unaware of? I like to have a sense of what's up the road, so if anyone can give me some insight, I would appreciate it! Lynsi

Does this mean
Zytiga
might not work for him?I know it’s a small margin which could be error but his numbered for soooooo many years were great on just Zoladex, I’m just worried the cancer is getting more advanced.

BRCA2 mutation and PARP inhibitor in the castration sensitive
Zytiga
or Xtandi which is not the case with me. In a thread from 3 months ago started by mrssnappy, the question was raised about the role of PARP inhibitors for the castration sensitive.

Chasing mets with SBRT?
Delayed by 6 months ( PSA dropped but not to zero) doing second line blockade using
zytiga
or xtadi when one lesion was treated. PSA went down but began to rise. Now 5 lesions have been detected. Will start second line ADT regardless.

PSE now less than 0.1 Quarterly Lupron shots,
Zytiga
500 mg (2) and prednisone 5 mg. Tolerating medications with symptoms of tiredness, loss of strength and medication brain fog. You all seem to have a wealth of knowledge. How concerned should I be?

New to forum
Am otherwise pretty healthy, started Casodex (for flare), Eligard, and
Zytiga
, and RT to commence in another 6 weeks or so. The Eligard and
Zytiga
recommended for 2 years. Has anyone with a similar picture added a third drug for the 2 years?

hi! Small periods without Abirateron (like 2 -3 weeks off), how will it affect the overall picture?
Dec 2020 started
Zytiga
. It working pretty well, but we are having some issues with our doctor, hospital burrocracy. So he have just 4 days pills left (with half dose and breakfast already) and it`s looks like we will not get new bottle for few weeks. Is it bad or maybe even good?

Enzalutamide versus Abiraterone Acetate/Prednisone
It is well-known that there is overlap in the reasons why resistance to Enzalutamide [Xtandi] & Abiraterone [
Zytiga
] occur. This means that many will see little added benefit from the two drugs taken sequentially. So which drug to opt for if given the choice?

Is this PSA drop good enough? from around 600 to 80 in 3 month on Zytiga for CRPC.
Then Dec 2020 started
Zytiga
. Is this drop good enough? In begining of Dec he was in pretty bad shape and on painkillers. But now he feels pretty good, started to excersice and in positive mood. But his ALP is very high 336, T 0,090, CRP 1,5

why can't he stay on casodex forever and ever amen!?
his fear (and mine) is that he goes off the casodex, the PSA comes roaring back & then MO wants to do lupron,
zytiga
, the whole nine yards. side effect city. that's the way she was headed when we had that rise 9 months ago.

1/2 dose of Zytiga
My dad met his doctor today and will start
zytiga
tomorrow, with 1/2 dose first . The doctor explains that it is to observe side effects and then gradually increase until full dose. Anyone of you have experience of taking 1/2 dose ? Can you share that? Thank you
