Father dx 2017, Gl 9, T4N1M1, PSA 944. ADT till summer 2020 when PSA got to 175 and scan showed SUPERSCAN. Then 4 rounds of Docetaxcel in aug- dec 2020. PSA droped from 202 to 42, then up again to 250. In 1 week it`s was already 305. So doctors decided to change therapy. But because of burrocracy more than 1 month he was whithout any treatment. Then Dec 2020 started Zytiga.
Is this drop good enough? In begining of Dec he was in pretty bad shape and on painkillers. But now he feels pretty good, started to excersice and in positive mood.
But his ALP is very high 336, T 0,090, CRP 1,5

Yes, thank you mood is very important, because few monthes before i thought he would give up. And that is why he didn`t make any PSA testing. And doctors just asked after 3rd month.
I suspect that a durable, long lasting response to Zytiga is only likely to occur if the PSA goes well below the level of the last reading of PSA = 80. Still, it is clear that your father has gotten significant benefit from the drug. Whatever remission he achieves, I hope that he is able to enjoy it. His exercise and positive mood are good.
