So, does anyone have any experience with Zyprexa like this? [i]Any[/i] advice? I'm stuck on this. Thanks.

I am on Zyprexa, setraline and Trazadone and go for CBT. My life has been destroyed by the depression and anxiety with no end in sight.

Hi all, So I have been on zyprexa for close to 2 weeks now and this last week I think my desire for sugar and bad foods have increased and I gained already 5 pounds. For those of you on zyprexa/ olanzipine, how do you combat the increase in appetite?

Has anyone any experience to share as for withdrawal of Zyprexa? How long have you stayed on each reduction step etc? Thank you so much in advance for your replies)

Since then, I have been treated with Zyprexa: first it was 15 mg, then 10, then 5, and now I am on 2,5 mg. I have noticed that gradually my cognitive skills have deteriorated.

I have been put on lexapro and zyprexa very recently and was wondering if others had some experience they could share with me about these meds. Also looking for more coping skills to help me when I am in a "crisis". Or just feeling anxios. Any suggestions or feedback would be great.

Last night I slept about an hour I cannot sleep tonight Racing thoughts and stress I took melatonin and valerian root and extra Zyprexa maybe warm golden milk? Any other ideas?

Now my psychiatrist says to start withdrawing the zyprexa as this med requires a cholesterol blood test. Why are there conditions on my mental health meds?? Not fair, not fair at all.

They include: aripiprazole (Abilify®), olanzapin (Zyprexa®), risperidone (Risperdal®), ziprasidone (Geodon®), Lurasidone (Latuda®), iloperidone (Fanapt®), paliperidone (Invega®), and asenapine, (Saphris®).

Has anyone dealt with withdrawals from Zyprexa or anything like it? If so how long did it last and did it come and go?

Another friend suggested Zyprexa. I really don't want anything long term that causes withdrawal ..I've been on lmethyfolate mthf, 5htp, St John's wort,Rhodiola that have no withdrawal.

Then came the year from hell. i was hospitalized, tried at least 3 other ssri's, Mirtazipine twice), seroquel, Zyprexa, ECT, TMS and ketamine. nothing worked. The suicidal pain and sobbing was unimaginable.

I've already gone through pretty much all the ssri's, Mirtazipine, seroquel, Zyprexa, lithium, wellbutrin. I'm desperate.

I knew I should not have been feeling worse, even with the side effects my depression and anxiety grew out of control I am now day 4 on effexor and zyprexa and I'm starting to feel a little better. Out of bed and did laundry and cleaned my room. Finally getting my appetite back too.

I took Zyprexa last summer and fall for anxiety and it kicked in almost immediately. I took it again last night for the first time and very little effect. Has anyone else had a problem with it working or a guess why it was great 6 months ago and now for the first time since, nothing?

My doctors have me on Zoloft and Zyprexa ….I just don’t know what to do anymore . Seems like I can’t get from under this cloud…I look in the mirror and don’t feel like me. I just want to be happy! I don’t understand why this is happening to me….

Klonopin I'm currently tapering off of, buspar didn't really help, I recently re-started Zyprexa which I took last summer and it worked like a charm immediately. Starting it again, it's not only not really working but the side effects are completely different.

Have started tapering off Zyprexa. Brain zaps depression little motivation anxiety fear. Peace love joy hope too. Nothing too different. My dreams are intense lately. I can cry again. My life and all I love in it seems like so fragile. I feel like I need protection.

It will take me 4 months to get off Zyprexa and after that I’ll take 4 weeks to get off Paxil. I think I won’t want to stay on Buspar either. Propanolol cold turkey it was as needed. Cold turkey another few shit meds to decrease appetite. I’ve been on meds since I was like 15. Sick.
