Hi, really hoping anyone has some info about interactions between the FenBen protocol and the conservative medical treatment my father in law is receiving.
Could anything on the FenBen Protocol list below potentially clash with the Doctor’s Treatment list below? How badly?

Fenbendazole, Tudca, milk thistle,
Doctor’s Treatment:, Xtandi, Fentanyl, Morphine, Oxycodone, Rivotril (Clonazepam), Zyprexa, sleeping pills, laxatives.

Well for non SOC fight prostate cancer group is more responsive. For this advanced prostate cancer group we like to leave for the much more advanced group that uses SOC.

I have been taking fenben for a few months added Ivermectin and many herbal meds always use Tudca and MCP. So far I have not had any reactions You can search med contras by replacing fenben with albendazole, menbendazole ,etc sometimes that helps. I am taking 2000mg fenben/ 400mg vit e succinate very well tolerated and Ivm 78mg/ bovine Lactoferrin. Taking 1200mg total daily Artimisinin 1week on 1wk off. laundry list of herbs and others. My approach right or wrong is to through everything I can at this, some will say otherwise and that's fine . Most importantly I do 2 hrs min researching this every day. Best for your father.
Can I ask what results you've had with this protocol? In browsing the Fenbendazole FB groups extensively it seems with prostate cancer people are having great results with it...when combined with ADT. "My PSA went to undetectable" doesn't tell us much when standard of care drugs do this anyway, without taking dewormer meds off-label. Those with PCa going it alone with Fenbendazole don't seem to see much in the way of results, especially when metastatic.
Have you seen any positive results with this protocol (PSA reduction, tumor shrinkage on scans, etc) that can't be confounded by concurrent use of ADT meds?
I go back to my onco doctor in a few weeks I am sure more test will be orderd. All I can see is I'm peeing a good stream again not sure if that can be taken as positive but it is a welcomed change..... I hope. Taking Ivm now to so time will tell. Also I take my evening dose of Fenben mixed with DMSO, not sure if others do the same, mostfolks only do a 222mg or 444mg dose. As I stated I do 1000mg powder morning and 1000mg evening . I hear ya thanks.
Thanks 85745, keep me posted on your results please. Also is that 1000mg of the usual Fenbendezole powder 22.2%? Or 1000mg of uncut Fenbendazole? If you're doing the high dose, any liver issues noted? Thanks!

I've been on fenben since 2/2020, Lupron since 11/2018. No problems this far.
I tried FenBen and it did not work for me. On one of the webinars Joe did I asked about the results of Stanford, Emery, and the Oklahoma Medical Research Org reviews of FenBen results and, basically, Joe prevaricated.
May I ask what fenben daily dose were you taking anything to add along with. Joe Tippens is what I look at as being honest with his cancer success story, But he is not all knowing or up to date he himself admits that. He also thinks merk is the only real fenben product , not true. So Joe is a good intro to fenben , but everyone must continue their own journey when it comes to fenben options.
It was a while back, and I only remember that I used Merk at the dosage recommended by Joe. I too regard Joe as honest--his basic story is quite convincing, and, as an international private-equity guy, he has little reason to try some small scale scam. IMO, he is only talking about FenBen because he feels grateful for having been cured of small-call lung cancer. Along with it I took, and have been taking, an ever-changing mixture of fifty or so supplements, which I held constant while testing Fenben.
You only tried it for a few months?
I did six cycles, four without dutasteride, two with, each time waiting until PSA was back to undetectable before the next T-cyp injection.

My bad, I tried to do this while doing a couple of other things. On FenBen, I was running 0.02 PSA when I started it. After about 2 months my PSA dropped to <0.02 and I then tried dropping ADT. The next PSA jumped, so I decided it was not FenBen that caused the prior drop and I gave it up. I had called the Oklahome Medical Research Org and talked to the guy doing the monitoring of FenBen. He said that up to that point there had been no cases of PCa improvements that could not be explained by SOC received by the patients. I still follow Joe's Facebook page and await definitive evidence for PCa.
Yes, I agree it's up in the air. My PSA rose noticeably 3 months after starting fenben (even on Lupron) then reversed and hit new lows. Last year it bounced up and down but still under 1 after five years. Still evaluating.
is there any other treatment or supplement that might be attributable to the fluctuating and the psa lowering success, for the extended five year period? Are you taking adt too? Are you hspc?
Yes, I've been on Lupron the whole time. Still hormone sensitive. And haven rotated many supplements in and out over that time.

Keep an eye on liver enzymes - like monthly. Do a baseline if you can before starting or asap.
