Zoladex

Anyone else had a relapse of endo symptoms months into zoladex?? Many thanks in advance Laura

My Gynaecologist has suggested that I take Zoladex for five months, but I am very weary about taking it. I have read a good share about bad experiences on the drug, but not too many positive ones.

Just wondered if anyone who had a course of Zoladex has ended up with their endo pain coming back worse than it was before the treatment.

Had nothing but bad news since diagnosed in Jan 15 from failed prostatectomy to failed radiotherapy now finally some good news Im currently on the stampede trial just finished Chemo end of Nov also on zoladex and Metformin my PSA has dropped from 8.5 at its highest to now .03 just hope it stays that

I was diagnosed with adenomyosis sister to Endo in 2016, I started zoladex in May May 2017 took my last doze in October. Had my first period in December and I didn’t feel pain. I have read stories about several people that still had pains afterwards, mine was not the same. God healed me!

I am now on zoladex injection for three months after which I will be going ivf private funding. I also have low ovarian reserve and would appreciate if their is anything I can do to improve it as ivf is a lot of money.

I was diagnosed with endometirosis and pcos last April and had a 6 month period of zoladex with a laparoscopy and colcoscopy 2 months into the Zoladex. I bled severely for 6 weeks following the operation and was taken back into hospital.

I've read somewhere in this forum that zoladex injections might work - is there anything else? Thanks so much for your time xx

Myself and partner are looking to conceive after i finish my 6 months injections, how long do i have to wait for the Zoladex to completely be out of my system so its safe enough to try and conceive.

Hi, I have undergone a Laproscopy for a cyst - 5.7 cm,left ovary and its been 9 months now.I have taken 3 months of Zoladex after that.

I had 6 month on Zoladex with 2 heavy but relatively painless bleeds whilst on it. Since coming off I had one normalish bleed and then nothing for 6 weeks.

I just turned 50 and was premenopausal yet so I am receiving the Zoladex shot to put me in menopause. I have been reading that Taxol has some side effects that can be difficult for some, diarrhea and neuropathy.

I had been on Zoladex to treat endometriosis for just over a year, so we went straight in to stimulation. I am now 5 weeks on from that and no sign of my next period - is this normal? If I don't get back on track, this will delay our natural FET which is planned for after my January cycle...

I was diagnosed with Endo about 4 years ago. had laparoscopy Aug 2017 and was given zoladex after surgery. no one told me about the side effects and they were horrible . I mean headaches, hot flashes, sore breast mood swings, bloating.

I already take danazol pill ,zoladex injection and at last laparoscopy and hysteroscopy as well but i still feel the pain. I use diclo denk sipository still feel a bit better then again my pain start. Please can anyone help with this. Thanks

I have been on Zoladex for over 6 months now since my last op on Jan 11th 2017 and I been told for the pretty much the rest of my life im going to be on zoladex as I had stage 5 endomitriosis which is the worse form you could get it was stuck to my bowel and both ovries stuck together.

Hi, I'm 25 years old and on week 3 of my first Zoladex injection. I have endometriosis on my left ovary, pouch of Douglass and suspected higher up in the abdomen.

I’m due to have my first injection in a few weeks & im quite nervous about it. I’ve read about the side affects & quite nervous as it’s not like tablets where you can’t stop it if you can’t handle the effects as it’s alresdy in you. Also worried with the weight gain side effect as I’ve put on so much

Has anyone else had problems at work, I'm currently on zoladex and get treatment for possible endometriosis, seeing consultant in march , I havhad quite a Few days off sick because of pain bloating and passing out . My work have asked me to provide evidence from my doctor s of why I need time off.
