Has anyone else had problems at work, I'm currently on zoladex and get treatment for possible endometriosis, seeing consultant in march , I havhad quite a Few days off sick because of pain bloating and passing out . My work have asked me to provide evidence from my doctor s of why I need time off. Could lead to dismissal!

Hey donna, sorry you’re having a tough time of it just now. What processes have your work been through already? Have they had formal sickness absence review meetings? Have they sent you to occupational health?
Do your work know the doctors suspect endometriosis? And if so, do they know what endometriosis is? There’s documents available specifically for employers (im sure it’s via the endometriosis uk website but can’t get on it right now for some reason to get you a link, will try again soon). If you haven’t discussed what endometriosis is already then this might be a good starting point.
Don’t get too hung up just now that they’re talking about dismissal - they have to make you aware at the earliest possible stage that the risk of dismissal is always there, it’s not a definite by any means x

But as I said, it really does depend what stage they’re at with you on what you can be doing next x
