Zoladex

How long after your last injection did you get your period? My last injection was in July only had 3. Period is a no show? Any help would be appreciated?

I have endometriosis and adonyosis and was started on Zoladex monthly injections Tuesday, and hrt.

I've been unhappy with my treatment option offered to me by my gynae (6 months Zoladex and then "we'll see"). I have an unusual endo presentation where it seems to be mostly growing inside a large fibroid that is growing outside my uterus and presses towards my back.

Anyone any had experience of this combination as a replacement for Zytiga/Prednizolone whilst on Zoladex please? My PSA had remained stable around 100 -110 for 6 months but then rose swiftly to 236 over 2 months!

had radiation 10 years ago.... zoladex for last 6 years with casodex, psa now going back up, should I be concerned? PaulN

Previous to my op I relied on zoladex to control my continuous bleeding, without it I bled every day. I haven’t had zoladex since April due to my op in May and have since had no hormone suppresent!

Hi everyone, I’m finally coming off Zoladex after 6 months on it, which I honestly can’t wait for.

I’ll keep it brief: April 2017 - diagnostic lap confirming and removal of stage 4 endometriosis June 2017 - February 2018 I had Zoladex injections (personally I found them amazing but I am aware of the side effects) April 2018 - had the coil inserted under GA which resulted in excruciating pain

I’ve been fortunate and have been on zoladex/ hrt for 9 months and reacted so well. I’ve lost all my bloat and about a stone and a half to boot. It has given me a new lease of life and I’ve felt just amazing.

I run a group called lupron warriors on facebook please message me if you have had or are thinking of having lupron also known as zoladex, prostap, gonapeptyl, relugolix or anything that will put your body into a chemical menopause . It has ruined my life I'm now disabled.

I have been on zoladex before and didn’t bleed at all, which was great but this time it’s just relentless. Can’t find any info or similar situations to mine, has anyone suffered heavy bleeds while on the zoladex??

Hi all i have been on zoladex nearly a year and only been on two types off HRT ( due to unknown bleeding and pain) this has been on and off and in total on been on it for 4 months out off this year, has anyone experience joint pains on zoladex ?

I’m having the most irrational thoughts and like I’ve almost forgotten who I am? I’m worrying about things that I’ve never lost sleep over before and now it’s like the world is ending. I feel negative thoughts are controlling me. Please tell me some of you have experienced the same? X

I wondered how long the hot flush side effect of zoladex/gonapeptal subsided? I’m 8 weeks post my last injection, and this is just becoming a bit of a joke.

Is it safe to try for a baby it will be 8 weeks after have only one injection of zoladex? X

Hi ladies, I had my first zoladex injection about 3-4 weeks ago it really knocked me about. So I don’t think I’m going to have anymore of the injections. However my husband & I are thinking about trying for a baby & just wanted to know when zoladex gets out of your system so you can try?

AND Zoladex treatment... I’m just over 3 weeks post excision surgery and although physically i feel fantastic my head can’t quite keep up. I’ve been through so much and although I want to get back to normal I worry I’m doing it all too quick because people want Katie back.

Specialist suggested two courses of action; Cerazette or Zoladex injections.

Hi good people Im in a bit of a dilemma, my wife wants me to buy a newer car to help take my mind of things, I finished early Chemo Dec 17 and have been on Zoladex HT for approx 9 months my PC is currently .01.

I’m Gleason 9, mets to lymph in pelvis and numerous in abdomen and chest area, to many to treat so I’m on Zytiga, Pred and Zoladex.
