Bleeding on Zoladex

Hi, first post but have viewed many posts on the site. I have severe endo, diagnosed in 2012 although suffered since early teens and I’m now 34! Had various laparoscopies and a laparotomy. Went in to have two ovarian cysts removed last November, surgeon perforated my bowel, had a stoma for 7 months (worst time of my life!) thankfully it is now reversed. Am now on Zoladex monthly injections and HRT. Was flying back from holiday on 7th July and suffered a huge bleed, flooded, clots was awful and I’ve been bleeding heavily ever since. Went straight to GP, had a TVS scan last week and still awaiting results but I’m flooding daily (and nightly) now and it’s really getting me down. I have been on zoladex before and didn’t bleed at all, which was great but this time it’s just relentless. Can’t find any info or similar situations to mine, has anyone suffered heavy bleeds while on the zoladex??
