Advice: zolodex injections before second Lap?
Hi, I am discussing a second Lap for Stage 4 Endo with bowel involvement (I'm 47) and my consultant wants to give me
zoladex
injections leading up to the op to make surgery easier and things less inflamed etc. Has anyone taken this before an op/had a similar request?

Help please
My consultant tried
Zoladex
which worked for 4 injections in somewhat making the symptoms more manageable but now we’re onto Norehisterone. I’m top of the list for his nhs patients but he’s saying he doesn’t know when they’re going to open the lists again (Royal Derby).

How to question gynecology dr about possible bowel symptoms?
I haven't see my consultant since stopping a
zoladex
injection course that gave me temporary relief from endometriosis for 6mths but it seems back with vengeance. Now 5mths post injections. My question is this just a GP bowel matter or should I call my gynecologist?

Following surgery I have been put on

Next step?
My pain was still quite bad and I had two course of 3 month
zoladex
pre surgery. They changed my mirena during my Feb 2020 lap. Since then I have had cystic acne, increased pelvic pain and I am bleeding at least 2 out of every 4 weeks. I am also suffering from cyclical insomnia.

Is it possible to have endometriosis and still feel pain while on hormone treatments?
I have tried two types of the pill, the GnRH analogues (
Zoladex
injections) and I have had the mirena coil implanted for the last seven weeks. While on all three I have still felt horrible pain in my womb.

Return of pain
I had a phone consultation and explained my daily pain has reduced but this pain with bleeding or a flare up had got worse and she suggested me taking norethisterone for a few months to see if that helped and if not, then have the
zoladex
injections.

Castrate resistant - new spot?
My dad is on
Zoladex
, he had had radiotherapy to the prostate and 4 x Docetaxel to treat his aPC last year. It should have been 6 x Docetaxel but it was cut short due to the Covid scare. With this, his PSA dropped to 1.1 (originally 44) in October, but January's PSA test bumped up to 7.2.

How long does it take for Zoladex to stop working?
I was then put on
zoladex
in June last year, the first two months didn’t work but in September I was put on a 3 month implant. I’ve had days where I thought the implant was wearing off due to what I would describe as light bleeding.

Zoladex injections
Hi ladies, Just wanted to ask your opinions on the
zoladex
injection. I have just been advised by my specialist to have them sooner than planned on the lead up to ivf treatment due to endometriomas but am worried about the potential side effects. Hope to hear from some of you soon!

Three clinical trial options after Zytiga fails
He’s 71, dx’ed nearly 3 years ago, and has already utilized
Zoladex
, docetaxel, and Zytiga and some targeted radiation. He’s had widespread mets since dx but largely feels pretty well (aside from Covid knocking him on his rear in October).

Feeling faint with ibrance
I've been on anastrozole, ibrance, xgeva and
zoladex
since June 2020. First 3 months were fine - apart from all the anxiety around being diagnosed de novo MBC. Since mid-November I've been feeling faint. Thus feeling seems to be getting worse with time.
