I am on Letrozole, monthly zoladex and 3 weeks on and 2 off with Ibrance. This has been since August 2017. Some days I feel like have so much energy and others no energy at all. Does anyone else feel like this? Also I thinks it’s a neck strain but does anyone get upper middle back pain, seems to easy with tablets and heat. Off to osteopath tomorrow. X

I am exactly the same. Some days I could take on anything and others it is all I can do to shower. I too get what feels like a muscle cramp in my upper back sometime. Very annoying. I am on the same combo only 3 weeks on 1 week off on Ibrance.
That is great to hear you have been on that combo for so many years, well done.Do you have regular scans? You may want clarification that your pain isn’t anything to do with mets, as an Osteopath could do damage to you, especially if they have no radiographic evidence of your spine.
Hopefully the Osteopath will also give you exercises and postural advice which would help with thoracic pain.

Hi There, I am exact same except one week off Ibrance. I do get back pain, but I lie with heating pad and takes away. Exercise helps me ALOT with fatigue, and bone broth. Whole Foods sells a good one.
Take care ❤️ Tara
I’m exactly the same regime and yes some days I just don’t want to get out of bed and then others I’m just bursting with energy .It’s so frustrating never knowing how your going to feel !
I have upper middle back pain ,feels like I’ve pulled a muscle and after 4 months of meds just had CT and MRI scans of body and spine to check if it’s holding my spinal mets .
Results on 19th I’m terrified it’s not working as my IV chemotherapy did nothing so 🤞.
Your so inspirational to listen too so ladies it’s onwards and upwards ,summers coming xx
Yup...that’s me as well. My energy is hugest as I start the IBrance cycle....towards the end of the 3 weeks I fade. With the vaccines these past months my s cycle had to be interrupted with longer break between cycles to recover blood counts. Nevertheless, I always feel really good as my break ends and the new cycle starts. Zometa can sometimes knock me back however I’ve had recent success taking loratadine (Claritin) fir the week following...it removes the histamines that cause the pain. Who knew?
I’m curious — are you on the maximum dose of 125 mg? Have you talked with your doctor about a lower dose?
I ask because I had a lot of fatigue even after several months. It interfered with my routines. I’ve had cancer before but this was different.
We adjusted my dosage to 100 mg and it made a big difference.
Good luck!
I have been on 75mg since the beginning with 3 on 2 off due to neuts
