I also take a b complex with folate and
zinc
Medichecks August TSH 0.128 mIU/L (Range: 0.27 - 4.2) Free T3 5.47 pmol/L (Range: 3.1 - 6.8) Free Thyroxine 17.700 pmol/L (Range: 12 - 22) In September the Endo permitted me to have a below range TSH as I was feeling well at this point.

Advice on DHEA and COQ10 ubiquinol
I am also taking Folic Acid (obviously) Vit B, D and E, Omega 3,
zinc
and magnesium citrate. Are all these supplements quite safe to continue with or should I stop them all and just continue with Folic Acid? Or is it best to ring the clinic and ask them? This is my second round of ICSI.

Help needed for thyroid blood results
Also, despite supplementing with
zinc
, my last GP blood test showed it to be very low. Is that a thyroid thing, too?

Coronavirus - PA sufferers potentially at some increased risk
PA sufferers, by consequence of their reduced gastric performance, can become - in relative terms at least - low in minerals (including
zinc
) and vitamins (including C), which examples are both important for maintenance the immune system.

What are the most essential but minimal vits and minerals needed for optimal thyroid function if you are hypo?
I know Selenium, B12,
zinc
, D and C are important, and possibly magnesium. I am now taking iron as I am on the lower end of normal range and my hair has been getting significantly thinner with minor loss. Can I get away with just the above, rather than taking A-Z vits/minerals bar iodine?

Down the metabolomics rabbit hole with zest
Remember the studies that revealed that
Zinc
was also low in PCa tissue? Yes high levels of Zn inhibit the conversion of citrate to isocitrate, creating a high concentration of citrate in and around(seminal fluid) the healthy prostate.

Levothyroxine & zinc??
I've been taking recommended vitamins for hypothyroidism & health, one of which is
Zinc
but I keep reading that
Zinc
interferes with levo absorption. Does anyone know if there's any truth in this?
