Has anyone tried
Xeljanz
(tofacitinib)? I went to see my rheumatologist on Tuesday and she wants me to give it a try. I have Psoriatic arthritis and other conditions. I was on Orencia infusions and it was helping some, but not long term. I changed insurance and it is not affordable for me now.

Stopping Immunosuppressant Medication During an Infection? Sick-Day Planning for the Coronavirus Outbreak
Daily oral medications like JAK inhibitors, such as tofacitinib (
Xeljanz
) or upadacitinib (Rinvoq), have a much shorter half-life — they’re eliminated out of your system within 72 hours. Monthly injections and infusions remain in the body much longer, notes Dr. Domingues.

Question about increasing tocilizumab (Actemra) dose schedule
My US rheumie would have moved me to a JAK inhibitor (called
Xeljanz
in the States) next. But, here the system seems much harder to move drugs with. I refuse to become disabled or have joint damage because the system won't help me!

XELJANZ TREATMENT REPLACING HUMIRA
HI fellow sufferers of RA. Have been through a number of lifetimes on various drugs for this wretched disease. Has anyone found that 'Humira' did not work for them? Thought this was a 'wonder' drug..had high hopes. Like to hear from you.

Rheumatoid Arthritis and CLL
I have taken methotrexate for most of that time, then Humira and now
Xeljanz
. My doctors have no idea where the Leukemia came from. Anyone else have RA? One of my Drs mentioned my RA treatments could have caused this. I am in watch and wait with just an elevated white count at this point.

Leflunomide not working
Moved over to
Xeljanz
but I am no longer eligible for any assistance so had to stop due to the price. I recently switched to Leflunomide with very little relief and I don't know where to go from here.

tofacitinib side effects
my son has just started taking tofacitinib (
xeljanz
) and is feeling pretty rubbish like he's starting with a cold/flu which he's put down to side effects of this new drug. Has anyone else had the same and if so how long did they last?

Humira prefilled injections
My rheumy did try me on
Xeljanz
with a sample bottle he gave me. Taking it for one month didn't really improve any of my pain and my insurance wouldn't allow me to try it for another month or two to truly give it a try.

Is Xeljanz working for your Psoriatic Arthritis?
Pills, injections, inusions...I'm trying to stay hopeful about this new med,
xeljanz
(3rd week in) but am less inclined to think any will work after all these ineffective tries. Any success stories out there for
Xeljanz
? Has anyone had a similar experience - not finding any medicine that worked?

Biologics and appetite
Anyway I started
Xeljanz
just over a week ago and it's like I suddenly crave real food again. I've been making casseroles, soups, fruit salads and eating the way I used to.

Update, another change of biologic 😑
So I visited my Rhemy today at his request, only to be told: - inflammation has increased two fold having been on this
xeljanz
, tofacitinib since 5th September 2018. Things seems to have only got worse with inflammation spreading rapidly.

Update and has anyone tried Collagen for pain ?
She has said I must take the 2 tablets of
Xeljanz
not just 1 per day but 2. I have assured her I shall start today. I just find when I take it I seem to be in more pain! So I just think whats’s the point. I don't understand what has made my markers so high as doing everything the same.
