Panniculectomy
I have lymphoedema in my abdomen, and im having a Panniculectomy but my surgeon said i don't have lymphoedema, so now im worried about surgery. My physical therapist says its a bad case of lymphoedema, she is a specialist in this.

Bullet Holes!
They are like a row of bullet
wounds
each the size of 20p pieces. The scabs are multi-coloured (yellow/brown/red) unlike the main incision that looked like little more than dried blood. GP says it is healing nicely but is this normal?

THREE MONTHS DOWN FROM CABG - Open Heart Bypass
All of the
wounds
have healed well but still get the occasional discomfort in the sternum which if anything is a subtle warning that I am pushing myself too fast.

More coaguchek test strip news
After all the concerns about the test strips and the discrepancies I had with codes 309 and 311, I was understandably very anxious about going abroad when I couldn't be sure the test strips would give me an accurate result. Was there any point of doing a test because what if the result was high? Should

Treatment options
This wasn’t without its problems and I ended up with an infection in my womb and
wounds
which ended up in hospital for 7 days! Having spoke to my consultant i found out that when they inserted the coil they perforated my womb as they didn’t know I have a tilted womb!

So ive just had my follow-up with my consultant and theyve just washed their hands of me 😂. Because my endo doesnt respond to anything, they are no longer interested. Its now about managing my symptoms for rest of my life. They will only repeat surgery if my Endometrioma goes over 5cm. Currently, at

My Healing
Wounds
don’t heal the way you want them to, they heal the way they need to. It takes time for
wounds
to fade into scars. It takes time for the process of healing to take place. Give yourself that time. Give yourself that grace. Be gentle with your

Yesterday I was careless enough to drop a heavy chopping board which took a fair chunk out of my shin just above the ankle . Too deep for stitches apparently I have a webbing of strips and lots of padding comprising a pressure dressing . Warned not to get it wet and having to wait five days before it

A-Fib suffer for over 8 years
Been on flecadine 150 mg 2times a day and Bystolic 2.5 mg 1 time a day with a host of other medications. Dissolvable stitches.. help??
I was getting a lot of pain in one of the
wounds
today and it felt swollen so I took dressing off to check it. The stitches look totally embedded in my skin now, it hurts a lot and I don’t see how they would get to them at all..
