has anybody switched from Vyvanse to Concerta because Vyvanse only last a couple hours?
I’ve been reading, and some people metabolize
vitamins
, much faster than others. Has anybody found a way to make it last longer? I am thinking about switching to Concerta because of the way, your body metabolizes it may last longer.

Recent blood results, help interpreting
My doctor didn't test my
vitamins
the past few months, but they were in range the last time and I have been supplementing with these for over a year. Just wondering if anyone else experiences this sometimes? Thanks in advance!

I went ahead and got some of my
vitamins
tested, along with my thyroid basics. I followed the recommendations here on timing (7am), stopping my folate 1 week, delaying my morning dose until after collection, and splitting my T3 the day before.

Help with blood test interpretation please?
Taken last week approx 9am with only water (no levothyroxine) - however I only stopped b
vitamins
including biotin 4 days prior to test. TSH 0.96 (0.27-4.2) FT3 2.9 (2-4.4) FT4 1.18 (0.93-1.7) I am currently on just 62.5mg levo, creeping up from a starter dose of 25mg in May '23.

Help for a newbie at start of journey
Would appreciate any help and advice as I start out especially in terms of best supplementation of
vitamins
and minerals. I'm a vegetarian with minimal dairy intake with current low ferritin (results below) so definitely need to sort this alongside the thyroid.

interpreting results
I’m fine interpreting the results of the
vitamins
and minerals, and I also understand that the higher the TSH the more underactive you are, and the lower the number, the more overactive you are, ideally TSH needs to be between 1 and 2…..

Hi allI posted here last week my vitamin test results from medichecks. My active B12 and folate were low so as per advice on the forum I have held off supplementing until my GP tests for pernicious anaemia. My mother had PA and I certainly do have some symptoms of B12 deficiency. I'm due to get my bloods

This, that, all?
The results show my
vitamins
are bad and I am getting this sorted out this week with supplements and an overhaul of my diet. Should I try first with
vitamins
and diet and see if I start to feel a little better or would people advise I do both?

Socratic Lab Results – any advice?
I regularly check
vitamins
etc. and supplement. I’m neither gluten- nor dairy free but get fresh eggs from a farmer and only goat or sheep yoghurt. Fruit and veggies in Greece are still quite good, though it’s changing and supermarkets are to be avoided.

New to vitamins and supplements. Help?
Hi, I am brand new to taking
vitamins
and Supplements. I recently saw a social media post from a company Plantinum Vitabiotics who claim some of their products can help with some of my ailments or at least have a positive affect on them.

Blood results interpretation required
I just do not want to take more pills before I am stabilised on the dosage and
vitamins
if that makes sense. I do not eat processed food and my diet is varied.

Blood results within range. Is this a problem?
Do I need meds or can I tweak via diet/
vitamins
?
Thanks very much - I'm a newbie here so struggling to understand references to percentages in particular.
