Should I be asking for an increase in Levo?
I haven't tested my
vitamins
/minerals since August 2023. However, I have been much more consistent with taking Vit B complex, Vit C + iron, Vit D+K and magnesium every day.

Thyroid scan advice and recommendations please
My other
vitamins
were mid range. Post showing my results https://healthunlocked.com/thyroiduk/posts/150229640/help-with-results-please Will think about a scan further once next weeks results are back but would be good to understand pitfalls and learn of personal experiences.

Long time member advice required on recent thyroid blood test after starting HRT.
Vitamins
stoped week before My test was taken at the same time as all other blood test 7.10am. I always stick to this routine to ensure consistency. I decided to take this blood test for a few reasons, I am feeling cold again, my skin is very dry and circles under my eyes are bad.

Supplements
In the past, I have had v low iron, folate rock bottom and prob other
vitamins
low that I never had checked. I have worked a lot on my micro biome/gut this past year plus supplementing continuously. I cut out gluten as leaky gut was diagnosed through a test.

I have been taking b12
vitamins
this whole time and started taking them sublingually. Still no change in my levels so now I’m taking shots once a week. It’s been about six weeks and I’m feeling much better. However, I still have tingling in my feet. Does this ever go away?

methylfolate. Worried about my vitamins! Folic acid
I was taking pregnacare for three months before my first cycle of ivf but realised (especially after reading it starts with the egg) that the supplements are not sufficient for someone undergoing ivf or over 40 trying to conceive. I started taking a b12 supplement containing folic acid but realised

Starting Mavenclad Today
I got it confused with the alarm I set to remind me that it was safe to take my meds and
vitamins
, even though they sound different. So I took my meds and
vitamins
an hour before I was supposed to! I called MS Lifelines and admitted my mistake.

Feeling anxious hopeless desperate and overwhelmed, sad
I thought I did everything I could for the last cycle in terms of
vitamins
, diet, acupuncture and yoga etc I was offered calcium ionophore at the last minute for our 4 eggs and agreed to this add on. Not much information on was given to us but I decided to go for it.

I will say that my
vitamins
are not good. They were not looking brilliant last July and I’ve done very little to improve them. I’m rubbish at taking them, don’t know why when they could potentially make me feel so much better! I’ve even got them all in the cupboard 🙄😳🤯.

Have taken the plunge full Thyroid test!
Even with other results looking back
vitamins
or Hc1 will read one time <78 next time <65 as the measure that I'm in range! Surely the ranges should be fixed and not keep moving?

Update, New Results. Still Need Your Help for exhausted Daughter with normal TSH but low T4 Free and low T3 Free
She also supplements with L-Tyrosine 1000, and most of the time a complex with 22
vitamins
, minerals & antioxydants at half daily dose.
Doctors have attributed her symptoms to depression, since recent tests, including TSH, came back normal.

Is this thyroid?
I started herbs and
vitamins
in the hope it would help however I reacted badly and discovered my blood pressure was high (it’s going high to low). I’ve had low blood pressure all my life so this was a surprise to me.

A sober reminder
be , however I had counselling, and managed to sort my life out, everyone drinks for different reasons, but the painful legacy of neuropathy still continues to this day, so , the neuropathy isn't something I'd wish on anyone, and obviously it's not something discussed enough, it's caused by lack of
