I take Vitamin D (2k IU) and Eliquis per doctor's recommendation.

Best to have a blood test to determine your level of Vitamin D and need for a supplement. And discuss with your doctor about need for a Vitamin K supplement.

Yes. Get a VitD level though first. You want to aim for a high normal. Your GP can arrange simple blood test. I take mine as an oral spray just before sleep and find it helpful.

GP has repeatedly refused to check mine even though I was found to have low Vit D previously. Another thing to put in my list of complaints.

Mines the same! I suppose we could do a private one?

Yes I have been taking D2 and K3 since the start of Covid starting with 5000 then 2500 now just 1250 per day and tolerate them well. However I have reduced the amount as I dont know what D2 does to the body long term. I have, to my knowledge not so far had Covid. That is the reason I originally started to take them.

I take 5000m iu vit d on mon wed and fri along with k2 mk7 and magnesium , i had kidney stone before i was taking this regimen, and also passed one last summer whilst on this regimen, hope to never experience this again , the pain from a 3mm stone was horrendous.

My neurologist said to limit the daily dose to 400iu to avoid kidney stones.

D3 (2000 ius in summer and 3000ius in winter) + magnesium and omega 3 -1000mgs only - with edoxaban, and no issues so far.

Your query led me to check on drugs.com, and I got this result ...

... not as good as experience, but reassuring.

I take D3 and K2 without problems, and potentially Apixaban, which also returned no issues in a 3 drug comparison.
