Heartburn?
I'm curious if anyone else gets heartburn when they take their Ritalin? I can't decide if it's the Ritalin or if it's just that I'm an aged lady who get heartburn often. Thanks!

Hashimotos blood test results - Iron supplementation advice needed! Thank you
Hi again, This forum has been the most helpful support. Could you support me in understanding next steps following the below test results? In particular, my iron panel results seem to be very low, and I am not sure how to correct that. How should I start to supplement? I was diagnosed with hashimotos

first b12 injection learning all I can
hello, first post so I’ll try to keep it concise as I have a lot going on. I appreciate any tips and/or input you care to share. I’m 55years old, post menopausal and I have hashimotos, lupus, anti phospholipid syndrome and had a thyroidectomy years ago. So figuring out symptoms has always been a challenge

where to buy b12?
hi all, I did search previous posts but am wanting the most recent info from the USA…where are people buying B12 injections? My doctor is only willing to give me shots 1x/month but I feel my symptoms start back at the 2 week mark so I’m thinking I might need to find a way to SI at the halfway point.

GP visit!
So I went to see my GP yesterday and discussed my symptoms, and asked about B12 injections. Got the same old story - test within range, symptoms aren’t bad enough, try oral B12 for three months, despite my explaining that I have low stomach acid and problems with malabsorption, which she again dismissed

Hello - I'm new to all this.
Just been diagnosed with Polymyalgia 2 weeks ago and am on Prednisone 15mg steroid dose alongside 2 x 500mg Naproxen, 1 dose 20mg Omeprazole, 4 daily doses of 2 x 500mg paracetamol plus 2 Adcal-D Calcium/vit D tablets. The pain is manageable now - I can get some sleep and the pain/stiffness in my shoulders

Expiration date
Hello all, I apology for redundacy of this question but I did a search under "expiration" and did not find anything specific to B12 serum though I know it has been discussed. Much to my dismay, I discovered my B12 (Pan Pharma depot) expired in Nov. 23 and I did not notice until my injection today.

Advice on blood results please!
I had been waiting to see an endocrinologist for 7 months after a low cortisol result in August last year. I saw them last week and they said there was nothing wrong with me according to tests and it was probably medication related. Please could I use the knowledge of this forum to look at my blood results

Vitamin E
Hi - I've read in "it starts with the egg" about taking 600mg of Vitamin E in preparation for FET. I'm finding it difficult to source this amount. Has anyone taken more or less? Looks like 1000iu translates to around 600-ish but feels like a big amount.

Blood results- T3 levels consistent? Can I improve them?
Hello, Despite feeling overall better for some time I started feeling too regularly worse again. I suspected low T3 (perimenopause also possible). Yep, my T3 is on the lower end of ‘normal’. These are my results: TSH 1.53 mlU/L (norm 0.27-4.2) Free T4 15.6 pmol/L. (12.0-22.0) Free
