Vitamin E

Hi - I've read in "it starts with the egg" about taking 600mg of Vitamin E in preparation for FET. I'm finding it difficult to source this amount.

Has anyone taken more or less? Looks like 1000iu translates to around 600-ish but feels like a big amount.

Solgar do 1000 iu ones on amazon. I used them for my last transfer, which was successful. I had a previous history of borderline thin lining so it seemed to work for me.

Thank you, I'll add to my itinerary lol. When did you start them? Just a month beforehand?

I think I might have started a couple of months before just because that was the amount of time I had between cycles.
